I'm curious why Tsukishima put Ishida in the hospital. He's arguably the strongest of Ichigo's friends, so maybe he was too powerful for Tsukishima's ability, or Kubo just came up with the power after that confrontation..?

Well Ishida is kindof different from Ichigo's friends since he's a Quincy and his abilities aren't related to Ichigo's. Maybe it has something to do with that.

Maybe Kubo forgot Ishida was a Quincy, too. Hard to predict.

Would Ichigo have known or cared about the guy or the other guys with the special powers if he didn't hurt Ishida?

Not singling you out personally but this is something I've seen a lot when I used to browse anime forums. Anyway why is it when a viewer is dissatisfied with an anime/manga, they wish for the main character to simply dream away their experience in that saga? To me that just undermines any integrity the writer may have left (yes I'm aware that Kubo Tite and integrity is laughable but people still read/watch this series regardless of that).

anime has been on this shitty filler, basically your token bad guy makes copies of the captains with the only distinguishable difference being the fakes have purple glowing eyes.

So the majority of the chapter was explaining something everyone figured out a few chapters ago?
At least some explanation was necessary for the sake of the story, yeah, but I still lol'd at it cause it was worded like the reader truly had no idea what was happening.

Pretty yawntastic. I wonder if we're going to see another bad guy abruptly hacked to bits in all of a couple of chapters despite a LOOONG build up (though not on the scale that was Aizen).

I like this guy as an enemy, at least he's more vulnerable than LOLILLUSION man.

Nah, its gonna be a twist, and it was Ginjo who was the one that changed Ichigo's memory and Tsukishima was always there and friends.
