Did they ever explain how having Ichigo gaining Fullbring powers would allow him to remove everyone elses and get his Shinigami powers back? Maybe by fighting Chad he'll manage to remove his powers~

This is all just a plan to get Ichigo his powers back, as he is about to lay the landing blow on Tsukiyamamamamama, Urahara and his Dad stop him and say we needed to make sure you had the intent to kill again. Tsukiyamamama is really his cousin a former VC in Seretei. Ichigo then regains his powers and Aizen breaks out of jail and joins the Negative Zero Squad and Ichigo is recruited by the Zero Squad. He then trains some more in the video game world and manifests into a Fullbring/Hollow/Shinigami/Human hybrid and then some new type of being is introduced. The Unicorn...

Given how hollows eat other hollows to evolve, I can see that tying into their 'cure' to some degree. Just their snag is either finding another fullbringer strong enough, or good enough not to kill them in the process. Maybe it's me, but I can't help but think how Shirosaki used the King metaphor at times is a bit of foreshadowing.

So Ichigo will take the powers of all the fullbringers willing to give him their power, and he'll gain back his shinigami powers?
So he'll be Part Human, part Shinigami, part Vizard, part Fullbringer, with 4 or so different fullbring powers along with the strength he gains from that, a strong enough shinigami form to make aizen look like a bitch, his vizard power that would increase his strength even further than that, with the ability to go into insane uber hollow mode and/or use Final Getsuga Tensho?
Granted uber hollow only comes out in near death/death situations, and FGT will make him lose his powers forever(LOL), still, how are we supposed to feel like he'll ever be in any true danger?

i'd presume when he sucks out there spirtal power if his shinigami power or hollow power became the dominant one he'd turn into that so soul reaper hollow stay a fullbringer or somehow become human again

I don't think he'll have all those abilities at once. They made some kind of reference of his shinigami and fullbring powers all fusing together. We already know his hollow/shinigami are in perfect balance with one another now so you can also say he's not even a Vizard anymore.

Besides, is anyone really mad Ichigo might have multiple abilities? You'd think years and years of Getsuga Tensho would get old.

i still think his fullbringer looks like Hollow armor with a Shinigami's basic Katana (since he couldn't control his spiritual energy his blade was large and laughable by the Gokei 13s standards) so this time round his sword is more fighting of the basic standard a Zanpakutō should be
