Wouldn't be surprised if destroying the Hyogyoku or whatever is actually what creates the key. In that case, between Orihime's resolve to destroy it and the likelihood of Soul Society possibly doing the same, Aizen's in a bit of a win-win situation assuming he doesn't get killed himself.

In that case, what's trapped within could probably do more than a few thousand humdrum human souls. The threat on innocents just serves as a catalyst to warrant its destruction, thus possibly getting what he wants anyway.

I'm thinking Aizan expects her to try and destroy it, but all she'll be able to do with her current power is unlock it (since it's still half-asleep or something now right?) and that's exactly what Aizen wants.

Ok so im watching episode 150 at work, and towards the end Aizen says "Without the Hogyokou, I cannot turn Hollow into Arrancar, or make the King's Key" so I guess I was right, kinda

Well I thought the way it was explained is that she rejects time over a small area. So like under her bubble when she's healing someone what she is actually doing is having whatever part of the body travel back in time to when it's healthy. If that's how it does work, to reject its total existence she'd have to go back all the way to before it was created. What I said in my last post was that she wouldn't have the power to go all the way back, just make it to where it was in its full power status.
