Well, the sword she stabbed him with was most likely her's in Shikai(sp), it was white and had the tail on it. I'm just assuming the gloves are something Urahara invented that would allow some form of transfer of power or reactivation of power without draining her of her own this time so that she wouldn't be out of combat for a year like she was last time. Still wonder about the 2nd sword though. Either that or it was a duplicate created again, by Urahara.
Edit: Just read Hirokei's. So I'm assuming it's a clone sword that she fed her power into, in turn she's using the gloves so she's not physically touching it so that it won't drain from her as well as the sword. Hence why she still has her own actual sword on her hip.
Yeah I wouldn't look too much into the gloves.
This is what I was saying since the beginning! lol Kubo does tell a good story when you run it back a few pages after he starts going-- he actually seems to be enjoying panning out this storyline. I swear he simply went brain dead with Aizen saga. His other problem he creates plotholes and retcons from nothing.
Bitches don't know. D:
Speaking of what's going on, I'd say both Rukia and Isshin fed a portion of their Shinigami power into Urahara's pot to form those swords and revive Ichigo's power. Watch it all tie into Fullbring as well-- they had to allow Ginjou make contact with Ichigo while they observed Xcution re-manifest Ichigo's ability to see reiatsu again via Fullbring training, and then right after stab him again, unlocking Shinigami power. Urahara probably knew they were setting him up for a trap since the beginning and allowed for it to run it's course.
^ BWAHAHAHAHAAA~!!!

Anyone have those pictures of all the behind attacks?
I was looking for it earlier as well. I was gonna update it, but didn't want to start from scratch. no one responded though D:
Oh Bleach filler...
Spoiler: show
This makes me wonder if they plan on jumping into animating the Fullbring arc once things wrap up. The alternatives would be to jump to another timeline (bleh) or focus on the other characters for some shorter, self-contained stories as otherwise random filler.
