90% sure they all wear that badge on their left arm, but this is on his right.
Though it could be anything he decided to tie to his right arm. I'd just like to believe he decided to man up after that speech Komamoru gave him.

I really think it's just Kubo randomly wanting to change/update some character's appearances to make them a bit more distinct. See: Renji's different look.
most likely
I've gotten used to ichigo's new look, it does look a bit better.
I'll admit I laughed a bit at Renji looking like a hippie-pirate though lol.
I read a theory a while ago (don't remember where) that Isshin might be a member of the Shiba noble family (hence Ichigo's resemblance to Kaien). He dated someone from the Royal family, which is how the Shiba family got shamed and lost its "noble" status - after he and the daughter of the Royal family decided to flee to the Human world and hide themselves. Going with that theory, he might have been a member of Division 0. That might be why only one of the captains recognize him, despite Isshin seemingly having Captain-level power.
I'm confused. Are you trying to say Ikkaku is a member of the 0 squad?
Oh, is that who you were talking about? I suppose I should read more carefully then, for some reason I was convinced you were talking about Isshin having a badge on his right shoulder. I can't for the life of me remember Japanese names.
So how many chapters do you all think will go by before Ichigo says, "oh wait, want to see my Bankai?"
Depends on how many chapters of even and/or outclassed fighting we see.
Well, there's no need for him to use it since he already kicks Ginjou's ass. But I'm hoping he'll go "Oh, this isn't even my full potential power. Here you go: Bankai!"
Swat, pounce, blood.
"Oh, you thought that was it?" *pulls mask down*
Poke, dead.
I wonder if Ichigo's newfound power is equal, stronger or weaker than what it was before FGT training. I'm assuming he's nowhere close to the level he was at when he had achieved FGT, as the story would be somewhat pointless if he could defeat any enemy simply by farting in their general direction while on the other side of the planet.
obviously.
But did you forget about the chapter, with Iba's talk to Ikkaku? Just because he was hiding it in the past and didn't want to become a captain, doesn't mean he still wants to stay the same.
Doesn't mean he's a captain or told anyone else about his bankai, but believe it or not, character development does happen in Bleach. Occasionally...
LOL!
I would think though Ichigo's hollow side is nonexistent at this point since it and Zangetsu perfectly fused with one another for Ichigo to achieve FGT. So if anything I expect Ichigo's bankai to now always look the way it did after training in the hyperbolic time chamber. Makes sense to me with the way his shikai looks now, I'd assume that's what it would've looked like after said training.
In any of the flashbacks or Turn Back the Pendulum did we see anyone's Shikai (or Bankai for that matter) that looks different now?
After rereading it on mangastream, it seems even Hirako put his reiatsu into the sword. So maybe that is a hint that they are somewhat reinstated into SS.
Well Urahara was the one going around collecting reiatsu for the sword, and since the vaizards owe him everything, plus the fact they like Ichigo/consider him one of them, it's not a stretch to think they'd help. I agree with Tymon and say that's probably the end of their involvement with everything, though.
