    then switch to Ginjou ichigo ishida scene..
    talks alot about fullbrings etcetc
    blah blah blah, the last part..
    Ginjou said the Substitue shinigami license real name is "Shinigami Substitute Battle permit license"
    and something about an audiomonitor and the device that can measure amount of reaitsu being planted into the badge.. (could it be...to monitor ichigo? to measure Ichigo's reaitsu???hmm~)
    and the one who's been working with us is Ukitake Juushiro , 13th division captain.
    Ukitake's main goal is to control them, monitoring Soul society, if anyone disobey will be killed.

    Seriously, why would Ukitake be evil? I suppose that may be why we've never seen his Bankai (perhaps it's related to the badge?), but it makes no sense... He's sick for christ's sake and can barely fight without coughing up blood <.<

    It's possible he considers himself the Soul Society Secret Police or something, and the original intent was to keep people in check and kill those that break the rules of Soul Society?

    For some reason people on other forums seem to assume Ukitake is working with Aizen, but I have to disagree. His motives can be completely unrelated to that of Aizen. It's not impossible that there's two villains who are/were completely oblivious to the other villain's plans.

    Either way; it raises the question if Ukitake (if bad) had other people working with him. His best friend, for example.

    I think you guys are jumping the gun. The way I understood it was that it's not Ukitake being evil but rather keeping tabs on the fullbringers. Which I would think any captain in SS would love to do. Title of the chapter is beLIEve to so I'd take spoilers or whatever Ginjou says with a grain of salt.
