Can we really expect Ichigo to be anywhere close to as strong as he was when he beat Aizen..

that Ichigo was so strong no other being yet introduced was even on the same plane of existence as him. He couldn't be sensed or predicted because he was just that fucking powerful.

No way he's that strong again.

I figure that he's at about the same level as before he started training with his father, maybe slightly stronger. There's no way he's at the same as his top level against Aizen.

Did he have the inhibitor on him when he fought Aizen?

I am going to assume he is stronger than before he went into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber with his Dad. So they can introduce people from the 0 Division and the new baddy.

Hard to say he'll be as strong as he was when he fought Aizen but it's pretty doubtful. He was that strong because he had complete mastery over Zangetsu, since we don't know whether Zangetsu was revived with the new sword Rukia stabbed him with or it's a new zanpaktou altogether remains to be seen. I'm guessing it's a new zanpaktou of the Getsu family, leaves Kubo room to tone Ichigo down while giving new opportunities to get strong and train all over again. Kubo can also say since the new zanpaktou is part of the Getsu class it was easy for Ichigo to relearn and use bankai all over again.

Except he's had his powers for what, 30 DBZ minutes? The fact that he can use Bankai should mean it's Zangetsu. If it's not, then Kubo has some splainin' to do.

I don't know, I kinda hope it isn't Zangetsu. The whole bit about "The thing I wanted to protect was you Ichigo! Peace my nigga!" was pretty well done on an emotional scale considering it's Kubo writing. The fact he can just be brought back easily when SS doesn't feel like being douchebags with their draconian laws regarding power transfers takes away from that moment. At least make it a somewhat modified weakened Zangetsu due to him not being in his original form anymore.

I got a copyright infringement notice for some random HorribleSubs episode that MALU automatically downloaded. I don't even watch this shit anymore, I just read the manga and as if I didn't hate it enough now it's landed me a little fine.

Fuck Kubo. Fuck Bleach.

P.S. Not a good idea to download HorribleSubs anymore because TV Tokyo is actively pursuing people who download it.

This had to be the least progressive chapter in the whole manga lol. We get it Kubo, Ichigo really REALLY wants to protect his friends and he helped out and changed Soul Society for the better.

Oh Kubo, writing "The Battle Ends" a few pages after Ginjo brings up that him and Ichigo both have Hollow powers, ya ok
