Brief summary:

Spoiler: show

Ichigo and the others go into the hyperbolic time chamber to train and become stronger.
Ishida gets his powers back.
Hollows/Arrancar appear, Grand Fisher returns and dies by Isshin's hand, we discover Ichigo's dad was a captain-class shinigami.
The arrancar are introduced as powerful shinigami-like hollows, and the vizard (people like Ichigo) are also introduced (Shinji).
Ulquiorra and Yammy appear and lay waste a'la Vegeta and Nappa. Ichigo, Yoruichi, and Urahara drive them back.
Shinji tries to recruit Ichigo multiple times, Ichigo finally agrees to train with them when he starts losing control after a fight with Grimmjow.
Tousen brings them back to Hueco Mundo and Aizen disciplines Grimmjow and sends Ulquiorra to capture Orihimme.
Grimmjow is on the verge of defeating Ichigo a second time when he comes back with his fraccion and Shinji interferes, defeating Grimmjow.
Ichigo and co. decide to go save Orihimme and head to Hueco Mundo.
They have many adventures, Chad loses (again), powers are shown off, and we discover the strongest arrancar are the Espada (top ten).
We're introduced to Nel, Pesche, and Dondojack who are also arrancar and help Ichigo break into Las Noches (the 'seireitei' of HM).
Each member splits up and faces a separate Espada, Rukia narrowly defeats one, Chad is owned by another, and Renji and Ishida face down another.
Ichigo fights Ulquiorra, dies, is revived by Orihimme, and faces Grimmjow again (this time, winning). After the fight he is attacked by Nnoitra.
Nnoitra is winning when Nel interferes and reveals she was Espada #3 and is about to defeat Nnoitra when she changes back into a child.
Zaraki comes to Ichigo's rescue and kills Nnoitra. Similarly, Byakuya saves Rukia, Mayuri saves Ishida/Renji, and Unohana saves Chad.
Ichigo heads to fight Ulquiorra again where we discover he has a supremely powerful Hollow-Mode that dismembers (literally) Ulquiorra.
Yammy reveals he is the #0 Espada and is in-fact the strongest but is dispatched by Byakuya and Zaraki working together.
Ichigo is revealed to be extremely powerful and is sent with Unohana to confront Aizen.
Meanwhile, in KT, Aizen and the other Espada are pretty much laying waste (no, kidding, they were all being beaten) to the shinigami.
Boring fraccion fights take place and some new Bankai, plot points, and techniques are revealed.
A huge ugly arrancar then beats up all the lieutenants and Yamamoto kills it with two hits (one slices it in half, the other destroys it).
When we're down to the top 3 Espada...
The captains face off against #1 (Stark), #2 (Barrgan), and #3 (Halibel). Stark pretty much goes toe to toe with Ukitake and Shunsui.
Wonderweiss, a new Espada, interferes and one-shots Ukitake. The vizards appear.
Barrgan is killed by Soifon and Hachi.
Shinji faces down Gin when Gin slices Hiyori in half.
Tousen fights against Komamura and Hisagi (and loses when he is revealed to have two hollow releases, Hisagi stabs him through the face with his released sword).
The vizards help the shinigami beat the remaining Espada and when only Halibel is left Aizen takes her out of the fight by slicing her up (she survives).
Aizen then goes on to pretty much one-shot everyone after they accidentally impale Momo in a famous panel.
Yamamoto and Ichigo are left. Ichigo gets the drop on Aizen once but he trolls the attack (for the second time).
Yamamoto is more than a match for Aizen but Aizen lets off Wonderweiss, who apparently can shut down Yama's abilities.
Yama one shots (literally) Wonderweiss with a single punch, and Wonderweiss releases all of Yama's flames which Yama takes to the face like a tank.
Yama then weakenes Aizen by self-destructing and blowing him up, Ichigo comes in for the attack and is trolled again.
When Aizen reveals he was trolling, he is confronted by Isshin while trying to mindfuck Ichigo.
Isshin is beating Aizen and pushing him to his limits when Aizen reveals he put the Hogo inside himself and is undefeatable.
Gin and Ichigo are fighting, and Aizen suddenly changes into condom-Aizen.
Yoruichi and Urahara join the fight and try to seal Aizen but he proves to be too much and takes all three out.
During this time, Urahara goes toe to toe with Aizen and doesn't do too bad. He plants a forbidden Kido inside of him for later.
Ichigo is left with Aizen and Gin and Aizen goes to the real town to kill Ichigo's friends.
Isshin promises Ichigo another round in the time chamber and they go train.
Gin double-crosses Aizen because Aizen and friends hurt Rangiku and he loves her.
Gin successfully kills Aizen with his Bankai but Aizen is resurrected by the Hogo and dispatches Gin.
Ichigo arrives just as Gin is 'dying' and we discover he is now miles above Aizen.
Ichigo one-shots Aizen, tanks an incantation'd Black Coffin and then for no reason uses a forbidden technique that will erase his shinigami and hollow powers even though it was clear he could beat Aizen without it.
Urahara's kido activates and seals Aizen and we find out the Spirit King is not really a good guy.
Ichigo loses his powers.
---shitty arc begins---
Fullbringers appear and they're similar to Orihimme and Chad except for Ginjo, who used to be like Ichigo.
Long arc occurs, Ichigo gets his powers back, and then Ginjo betrays him and takes them away.
Shinigami reappear and they all give their power to Ichigo, who becomes a Shinigami again.
Everyone fights and then here we are, with Ichigo with new powers and resolve.

That should cover most everything.

Eh...I actually enjoyed this chapter. It was simple and short, but it made sense to me, and that's not something I can say very often about Bleach.

I mean, dragged battles and retarded plot twists are probably the worst part of this manga. When it sticks to comedy and characters doing their things...it's tolerable.

Only part I didn't get is the ED. Are we supposed to think it's a suicide?

it looked a bit like a hollow gate closing so i was thinking more along the lines of her getting part of the kid's ability some how or he used it on her i just don't want them to come back tho
