Guys, guys,
what if
Spoiler: show
So can we say this arc already lame. Be honest.
I love how Kubo just keep introducing new enemies
I think it's more likely that Ishida knows Quincies are involved and wants to talk to his daddy first.
Ishida staying behind probably does have something to do with the whole Quincy/Arrancar hybrid. It's pretty much confirmed that's what Ivan was and maybe Ishida is actually feeling some sympathy towards the whole engagement in Hueco Muendo not knowing the new main baddy seems to not really care about arrancars at all, literally killing them once they've served their purpose.
All I have to say is, if Kubo uses this Bankai-stealing as an excuse to not show a bunch of the captains unshown Bankais, like:
Yamamoto
Kyoraku
Ukitake
Shinji
Love
Urahara
Isshin (assumed)
Yoruichi (possible)
Unohana
Aizen
I'm going to rage.
Since the battle against Aizen wasn't the ultimate battle or anything..
But was the manga supposed to end back then?
I thought Aizen never had a Bankai? Could be wrong, he just made it appear he had one to everyone else?
I facepalmed. I don't normally join in on the Kubo bashing but.. this is one of the worst things he is done in the manga. I mean what the hell?! Also so he had been his VC sense Yamamoto founded the Gotei 13?? Had that ever been mentioned or did he just pull that out of his ass too?
Was it flat-out said? Probably not, but I'm pretty sure it was to be assumed since we know he was around before the school was formed. The him having bankai bit is not as umpossible as everyone makes it seem, the guy's been around for a long time. The him never showing it part? Who the fuck cares!?
No one gave a shit about him. Kubo finally does something we've all been wanting him to do for a while now and that's to either develop or kill off characters and people still bitch about it when he does the latter.
At this point, bitches gonna bitch regardless of what happens, the most exciting awesome shit ever could happen and people would bitch, so just gotta sit back and enjoy it
You gotta admit though, it's more than a little ridiculous to spend much more than a page on a eulogy for a character we only ever saw a handful of times and never, ever cared about. It's a little late to make him important to the readers, that time and space on the pace could have actually gone to story development.
As an aside, we are now made aware of a wounded and grieving Yamamoto, who will probably console himself by soloing the new bad guys.
That last bit was a mere wish, but goodness, I hope it comes true.
Oh I completely agree. Point being this thread has become so flooded with a bunch of raging vaginas looking for VH1 reality shows its fucking annoying and it's about a year old as hell now. It's not even constructive criticism anymore, just bitching just to bitch. Niggas can wish for the author to do something, have it happen the next week and still bleed for five days about it.
Lol pretty much.
That's literally how it is now.
A grieving Yamamoto is a dangerous one, and I'm sure the other captains realize it. As far as Ishida, I'm certain he has no desire to get dickslapped by Ichigo over some shit that really doesn't have much to do with him, other than the fact they these guys are Quincy-related. I really only give two shits about this shit getting to the nitty gritty, so i can see Yoruichi's sweet ass again.
