I think it's more the "cancel Bleach already" brigade that routinely shares their prophetic insight. It's one thing to criticize, but another to wish something into oblivion.
Begin cyclical DBZ references and how other shit's better now.
@Hirokei Ya people are giving constructive criticism. You're the kettle calling the pot black bitching about people complaining. You obviously must realize part of the fun of Bleach is seeing how retarded it actually can get. Don't be surprised people complain on the internet.
No one said it was surprising. The whole "omg i hope this manga ends!!!!" when people are still enjoying it is just getting old, annoying, and corny. Bitching just to bitch. Point stands, want the manga to end? Simply gtfo the thread and stop reading, problem solved.
If you can read Japanese kubo is very acitve with his twitter account. All I could make out from his tweets today was BLEACH, any ideas?
Somehow, through this morning from last night, from a great number of overseas fans "have to imitate the BLEACH manga in America!" One reply came in an. Is, I do not know English well when looking site, very much like that "but the son of comic Nick Simmons Gene Simmons is drawing" was painted.
That was 2 years ago and you fail at using google. Good job.
I don't really understand Ishida's reasoning for not wanting to go to Hueco Mundo. It's not like he takes the role of a Quincy too seriously anymore, since he's fought side by side with their enemies (Soul Reapers) so many times now, and he even fought alongside Pesche and Dondochakka, so you could even argue that he's made a few arrancar friends too. I would have thought that by now he would have progressed on to Ichigo's mentality of treating individuals on personal merit rather then this "I exist to kill hollows" thing that he's got going on.
Even if he's just going to ask his dad about the possibility of a new Quincy army, he could just as easily say "wait up guys, I'ma drop by my dads a sec to get some possible intel" - Which would make very logical sense since everyone would want to know a bit about what's going on.
There's a good chance I'm reading too much into this though and just building a Chewbacca case.
Also, you're assuming people in Bleach actually talk to people about their plans..
I don't really want to chalk it up to Kubo being a shitty writer, this threads been flooded with that for since Nnoitra died, but damnit it's almost as if he's intentionally trying to be awful.
I wonder if they are going to have it set in Japan and still have them speak English.Live Action BLEACH Writer: Film to Respect Original Manga
As the anime series had just ended last week, screenwriter Dan Mazeau (Wrath of the Titans) talks about his upcoming project, the aforementioned live action film adaptation of the supernatural manga and anime, BLEACH.
Mazeau explained that both getting the rights and the scriptwriting itself were a long process for Bleach: “But early on we set down with Tite Kubo the creator and the publisher of the series, and we had a long meeting, making sure we're respectful to the property. Nobody wants to, well…”
He stated that he want to refrain from doing the same mistake made by previous live action adaptation and added, “if you enjoyed [Dragon Ball Evolution] movie, that's great, but I thought it was a noble effort that ultimately didn't succeed. That's what we're trying to avoid. We want to make sure this movie lives up to what the manga is.”
Since he wanted to be faithful to Tite Kubo's work, he plans to set it in Japan, where most live action anime adaptations failed to utilize.
“I'm currently working on Bleach and the idea is to set it in Japan and really be respectful to the source material. It's an amazing story. I've been shorthanding it as an 'action-adventure Sixth Sense,' but obviously on a bigger canvas than that. So I'm incredibly excited about that. It's a good one.”
Not being set in Japan shouldn't be on any list of "why this manga adaption movie sucks". Hell, DBZ wasn't set in Japan. Is Bleach? Obviously they all speak Japanese, but isn't it just some made up city in some unspecified country on an unspecified world?
Karakura Town (空座町, Karakurachō; lit. Empty Seat Town) is a fictional Western Tokyo city in the Human World.

They could make a really good movie out of the Agent of the Shinigami arc.
The Soul Society arc is where it would start to get lolwut
There's actually only a handful of people who are bitching saying it should just end (that aren't somewhat joking.) Even the ones that are serious wanting it to end probably have just as much invested in the manga as anyone else. So who's to say their opinion has any less value. They just want some closure which is pretty common when a property has been milked to death.
Most people though that complain about it though are more or less content with just that pointing out the inconsistencies and overly dramatic writing. If you really find it that good or awesome then you should either be able to just defend it or ignore others. Unless perhaps there's a nagging feeling that maybe it isn't as good as you think and people pointing out the flaws breaks your suspension of disbelieve. Either way you're still the kettle calling the pot black. If you just ignored people making negative comments then they might not go away but you wouldn't be feeding them.
In closing though I still do find some things in Bleach interesting. I look forward to seeing more bankais, some cool fights, and a few other things. Overall though like most people (I suspect) I'm waiting for explanations and better closure on big plot points. If Kubo was being better about tying up lose ends between arcs like the beginning to the end of SS arc far less people would be frustrated about him slapping new stuff over top, seemingly ignoring the old.
On the other tangent of a live action Bleach movie I would hope they could create a serious or even somewhat scary tone to the initial movie. I could care less where they set it but an Asian style makes the most sense because of the style of the shinigami. I suppose you could make them universal by introducing european style shinigami which wouldn't be too bad. I still don't understand the fucking morons who wrote the DBZ script. Totally gutting the innards of a story and changing it completely is a common thing in Holly Wood but what the hell is up with fucking up stories that are simple and entertaining to begin with.
I have a hard time actually imagining live action actors as Japanese for this, if only because the majority of the human cast seems to lack common Japanese features. Yeah, anime, blah blah, but slanty eyes and orange hair just don't do it for me. Overall, it'll be rough to do much in under 2 hours, which would be getting Ichigo his powers and introducing his classmates at the very least. I think, at best, they shouldn't stray too much beyond him fighting Grand Fisher, as it was hyped as a big bad hollow while having ties to Ichigo and his mother's death. If I remember right, it was also manipulating the hollows that attacked Orihime's brother's ghost, offering some escalation and incentive while helping to introduce her.

They got healed by busty mc'breast- I mean Onoha. They got better as a result.
Wait, so does that mean that if they summon Allon again, he'll be a good guy? Lawl.
Chapter's out. If you can read it that is. All the new manga sites suck ass.
I think Kubo's been watching too much Raiders of the Lost Ark.
