I'm beginning to think, though, with this guy referring to a "majesty" that he may be what has been referred to as the Spirit King in the past. Building on the point that he and Yama are somehow related, Zero Squad may not so much be a promotion as it is a punishment or even an arrangement that been made to maintain some level of peace. Aizen going on to imply the SK wasn't exactly a good individual, however untrustworthy Aizen was at that point, could further support this shaky relationship with SS.

Apparently they noticed the lack of traffic to their site, so they are doing scans, then ~60 hours(iirc) after uploading they are removing it, so they won't have an archive but for anyone who tries to look for it within 2 days of release they will find it.

And Ishida had a wing, although his was made of energy and it was stealing the energy from the surrounding area since SS was so rich. Curious if this complete form has any drawbacks.

Does anyone know why the conflict over Rukia's action concluded? It seems like they just ended the conflict because Aizen showed up. If so, that's pretty fucking hilarious because that reminds me of the Family Guy episode where there's jaws and even bigger jaws. "Oh no an even bigger jaws, we'll have to put our differences aside and team up!". It's not like there was any reason to suddenly accept Rukia's action or anything either.

I'm pretty sure it was Aizen's orders to have her executed. He was basically controlling the Soul Society after he murdered the Central 46.

I think Byakuya had an epiphany regarding his non-intervention over her sentencing. It's not explicitly stated though so I'm just basing that on his apparent change of heart over the situation.

He totally did. Gave a big speech about how he knows now to choose Rukia over anything else blah blah blah

I thought it was all more about defending his pride, in which case upholding the rules of SS. Ichigo gave him a good run, though, to the point he could stop fighting without being accused of wavering. Wanting to later keep a closer eye on Rukia may be a consequence of that, but I'd ultimately say her sentencing was nullified upon learning all about what Aizen had done, including faking his death and imitating the 46 for those few days he was thought dead. Prior to that, lolhypnosis for arranging her deployment to the human world, framing Urahara, etc..
