oh god i'd pay an ungodly amount of money to see that happen, still i'd say it goes inline with how kubo trolls aswell so just suggest it to him and it will more than likely happen!

Seems like a setup to (potentially) kill off some of the captains and let the VC step up. The purpose of using Bankai was to show how they seal (Pretty well explained...) kind of like when Goku let Gohan see how Cell fights before throwing him into the ring. It's clear that the captains don't know how to win against this "sealing" technique (Especially, since they're they're surprised to find that the technique is actually an absorbing technique). Also, killing off some of the captains opens room for the Royal Guard to step in.

They can't just kill Komamura -- I want some explanation about why he looks that way >.>

Although, since it's Bleach, we'd probably get that in a 1 week flashback issue..

I'll gladly take that over a 3-week borefest flashback that Naruto cooks up.

I don't think we'll see any major captains dying, there's probably some sort of plan behind only 4 of the captains using their Bankai, Byakuya and Soi Fon have alternative ways of fighting which they'll no doubt employ (the other two, notsomuch). Perhaps we'll see what makes Hitsugaya such a genius, assuming Bankai isn't his only trick, or Komamura's brute strength (if he has any).

Komamura can fight h2h but then again he is a beast, Hitsy.....haha yeah bitch is fucked

Hitsu won't die. Kubi has stated Hitsu has learned to fully control his Bankai now, so he wond die until we get to see him fight with its new supposed look.

Only if it's gone forever, which is speculation at this point, but probably unlikely, given Kubo's list of things to include this arc has more Bankai dotted throughout, which would be pointless if they all get vacuumed up as soon as they're used.
