Why would Adult Nel put her sword to Urahara though? Wasn't she with He and Ichigo when the went to Heuco Mundo ?

Nel's sword is all white, not half white, half black. It does fit Grimmjaw's though.

edit; nvm. apparently in the anime still I saw it was white, but manga chapter has it as black and white.

Honestly don't know why any Espada would put their sword to Urahara, Enemies in the past, sure, But right now Its more of an "The Enemy of my Enemy is my friend' situation, it would be stupid to try and fight Urahara and the Quincies at the same time, whoever it is... Can't imagine Grimmjaw would be that stupid.

That sword in Kisuke's back, was that from last chapter with our Hitler friend or from this new person?

I don't remember what Grimmy's sword looked like, but it could be him; he's certainly capable of pulling a Vegeta and "pushing" Goku out of danger by smashing him through a mountain, as it looks like this situation could resemble.

Grimmjow's sword does look like the one in today's chapter, but most of the swords in bleach look like that.

what happened to the soul reaper that was in the anime? (he was ment to be part of the manga but Kubo couldn't fit him in) did he die or did he just vanish? (the one that wears the mask but isn't a visord)

That would actually be pretty bad ass and would make sense why he would instantaneously cut down a Quincy and then point his sword at Urahara since he probably has no idea who he has. I remember reading Kubo really wanted to try to fit him into the manga. Grimjoww would be lame IMO.
