I am not seeing now Yama's Bankai resembles Ichigos at all. Looking over the last 4 chapters I cannot even see a difference in the old mans sword. The only noticeable difference is the fact that the conflagration that normally surrounds him is gone. I think people are reaching with this one.

Seems like Juhabachs's sword manifested out of the quincy star so I'd assume It's an absorbed bankai? Also, oddly enough, does his blade not look exactly like a miniature version of Ichigo's new shikai minus the fancy handle? Or is it just me...

Nah, what we know of Isshin suggests he lost his powers similar to how Ichigo had. We just don't know the circumstances leading up to it and if he's at all related to the alluded Shiba clan fall.
