Sorry, chapter was awful.
I thought it was said that Aizen cant be killed because of the orb thing?
What? The chapter was terrible. They explicitly state that one can copy the reiatsu and memories while the other copies the abilities and power.
So how did Ken get beat by somebody who isn't anywhere near as strong as him?
Why did Yama release his bankai so stupidly instead of just straight up attacking him?
The entire storyline just went from well-executed to convoluted in a chapter and so did Naruto's.
Mangastream translation says Royd can copy another's memories and spirit. I'm not quite sure what spirit means, but maybe it gives some kind of power boost; otherwise, Kenpachi getting beat makes absolutely no sense.
Because Reiatsu is probably better than physical strength when fighting in SS.
Except Zaraki has beaten plenty of powerful opponents inside Seretei. He crushed Tousen like a bug early on. No pun intended.
Ken could have just been owned by the real deal, then he went to visit Aizen while Royd acted out, mimicking the spirit would make the oldman go for the spirit signature or something.
I really really really hope that's the case.
Well wouldn't be the first time Kubo derpkais the plot, but as bullshit timeline explanations go, this weeks Naruto is much, much more derp than Bleach's
How did this week's Naruto derp the timeline? Barely anything happened lol. It was like 15 pages of Tobi running to the battle and then a cliffhanger.
Yeah, that I can definitely agree with haha
Man I hate being right about Bleach... However I'll read it until the end. LOL.
He imitated the quincy boss's reiatsu (or another reiatsu and we don't know whose reiatsu that is) and Kenpachi returned from a 3v1 attack to a 2v1 attack, so there's really no inconsistency. Also, Yama used his Bankai before, so I don't know why you think he would change plans the second round. The first time, he used his bankai on a hunch about when they can and cannot absorb bankai. He thought he was correct when his bankai succeeded, so he clearly wasn't going to hold off the second time around. If there's a problem with this chapter, the question is why Aizen didn't join them lol.
Edit: Could also be the case that Aizen and Kenpachi did join them lol. There's no reason not to suspect an illusion with the Kenpachi bit.
I'll concede on the Yama argument but the Kenny part is a load of shit and you know it.
