We all know Ichigo friend-zoned Inoue years ago when she first left for Hueco Mundo. That was before "the Heart" and Kubo ascending to super troll.

Ok so another question for you bleach aficionados.

I'm confused about how strong Zaraki is.. They always portray him as this beast of a character with stupid amounts of power and brute force. Yet Ichigo beat him pre-bankai..

And yet, I just watched the episode where Zaraki showed up and saved Ichigo from Espada#5. Espada#5 was handing Ichigo his ass in Bankai form, and yet Zaraki easily keeps up with the Espada, before even releasing his eyepatch.

The series just seems to be inconsistent as hell as to how powerful he is (or Ichigo for that matter). Also, Ichigo's bankai was "badass" for about 30 seconds when he first released it. It made him so fast he could be all over the battlefield at once and no one could keep up. Now, everytime he releases his bankai, it's just him being equally as fast or slower than every other person he fights.. Like other captains fighting Espada could keep up with them easily enough, so Ichigo's bankai should make him far faster than captains and espada...

Continuity in Bleach? Ha...Trying to link things together is hit or miss with this series. You just read it and accept the plot Kubo is going with that week.

Well, a theory that popped up as a result of an unofficial work and Kubo acknowledging it was that Kenpachi's power likes to "match" whomever he's fighting. From there, it's a seesaw on whether or not his pain tolerance and brute force tactics can match those who may be more technical and cunning. Nnoitira was pretty much herpderp physical DD type, so Ken keeping up with him wasn't much of a shock. Ichigo, however, had just been through numerous fights and even "died" before Orihime healed him up. Comparatively speaking, he was probably 60% to Spoonhead's 100%.

My main beef with Kenny is that he's one-dimensional at present. Sure, some people here like seeing him pwn shit, but when your "ultimate move" in a fight you could possibly lose is to use two hands? Yeah, get some kido, learn your bankai, whatever.

I read that non canon stuff about Kenny. I'm just frustrated with Kubo's representations of powers in general. If the Espada can keep up with Ichigo's Bankai form, then the other captains shouldn't be able to keep up with the Espada. Etc etc. Just inconsistent as hell.

I just got to the part where Aizen ripped a hole into fake Kara town and is about to fight all the Captains.. But apparently the next few episodes are filler. Not sure what episode picks back up with the action.

Well, consider the Captains and such train off-screen, too. They might not be Ichigo's level (who tends to cripple himself with emotions), but the Espada have their own personality flaws to make them vulnerable, too.
