Tousen didn't have two bankais. He had two shikai commands and showed his one bankai. We haven't seen Aizen's bankai. Showing everyone his shikai release is what allows him to display illusions.Originally Posted by Maguspk

Oh man I can see it now.
Aizen: Bankai
*next page is blank except for some text saying "This entire story was a dream cause by Aizens Bankai, him activating it again is the end of the series, have fun bitching for weeks!" and nothing else*
Man, Gin having a vizard mask would be made of win.
I can see it now, just a full page of his hand curled up over the forehead area of his face and those dark energy things starting to form. I wouldn't be able to contain myself, that'd be utterly badass (maybe it's because he's one of my favorite :D characters )
Given that Ichgo is working to control his, and the whole focus of Aizen on the melding of the hollow and shinigami powers, I'm going to go ahead and say that I am sure Gin and Tousen have vizard masks of some sort, and Aizen probably has a +1 version, where he like transforms his entire body after pulling the mask out.
I doubt they can become Vizard given how if they'd died at some point in the real world long, long ago, they would've either passed onto Soul Society naturally or got purified by another Shinigami. So while the Soul Sleeve or whatever they call it can be damaged and essentially nullify spiritual powers, they lack the Soul Chain that gets eaten away by negative emotions and hunger. I imagine they'll simply have unlocked a zanpaktou release beyond bankai or perhaps meld with the physical manifestations of them.
where does it say anywhere that a soul chain is needed to become a viazard?Originally Posted by arus2001
Well it doesn't have to be their *own* hollow masks. Maybe they imitated Aaroniero and started eating hollows to absorb their powers or something.
or...use the Hogyoku? That is why he wanted it after all.
Hollowfication was a result of that being eaten away, as demonstrated when Ichigo was thrown into the pit and Urahara accelerated it. From there it's up to the person whether or not they can survive, I guess.Originally Posted by Souj
That's just how Ichigo obtained his Vizard mask, but we don't really know the rules about Vizard origins. There could be other ways of remaining partially-hollow while becoming a Shinigami or something.
The Hogyoku breaks down the barrier between Shinigami and Hollow, allowing a Shinigami to use hollow type powers, aka be a Vaizard.
Aizen is just a scary mofo anyway, due to his complete mastery of all the normal powers of a Shinigami, which hollow should naturally fear as Shingami hunt them.
P.S. Stark seems to be a bad-ass, I want to see Shunsui (sp) vs. Stark!
Shunsui: I dont really feel like fighting. do we have to?
Stark: eh, I'd rather not..
Shunsui: How about some sake?
Stark: Yeah sure. Sounds good.
Shunsui: Nice day huh.
Nanoa/Stark's Fraccion: Get up off your ass and do something! *super flying mega dropkick*
Lol basically.Originally Posted by Souj

2) Stark
3) Old Unnamed Dude
Even though Halbiel watched on during the fight, she was quick to tell her Fraccion no to underestimate Ichigo when they mocked him. Usually the cool, collected types that analyze fights like herself are usually of the highest ranking-- why people found it easy to rank her very high when all we knew back then were Ranks 6-10 and Ulq being 4.
As for Stark, even though he's one of the "I'ma lazy type, so I hold more secret power than most," in the new chapter, he actually performs a task for Aizen in retrieving Orihime before she could heal Kenpachi. That comes of to me as that he isn't totally a slacker, and that he's just bored. If it was still the other way around, I'd 100% call him #1.
And the old guy sucks, so #3.
i got frustrated today and reformatted my entire computer can some one link me to what they use to play this. I think i had kite L codec pack with windows media player classic? lol i don't remember and this is really starting to piss me off.
was on another forum when I saw this post about how it seems Kubo took alot of inspiration from Divine Comedy. long read, but there are alot of similarities.

Hell and Soul Society:
Hell for Dante is a circular place. It has a city in the middle, where the demons, or guard of hell, live. Upon arriving in this city, which is surrounded by a colored metal wall, he is stopped at the entrance and forced to enter by other means. He rides the back of a four legged animal, and in the pathway he sees an accident involving a man and a boar. The only way to get inside the city is by flying, which he does. The inside of the city has labyrinth-shaped pits, in which people inside walk as pathways. Is this close enough to convince you of SS = Hell already? No? Try ‘Hell Butterflies’ and ‘Demon Arts’ practised by the shinigami, and you’ll get my point.
Purgatory and Hueco Mundo:
The main difference between Hell and Purgatory for Dante is the chance for redemption, a path to get to Paradise. Hueco Mundo is the place Aizen went to in order to find a way to get to Heaven. Purgatory is the middle world, it is between Hell and Paradise, and starts on Earth, more particularly on an island, like Japan and therefore, Karakura.
Sado is a human, and he has hollow powers. This would make great sense if we take the fact that if the hollow world is Purgatory, it includes earth as part of it. Hollows are spirits bound to earth, aren’t they?
Well, as I was sayin, the main difference for Dante, between Purgatory and Hell as destinations, is the fact that inhabitants of Purgatory are God-fearing people. Aizen is God. He is the 13th in the table, including the 10 Espadas, Gin and Tousen. He sits on his throne and decides everything. He is the chance of redemption for the hollows.
Well we all know how the christian catholic theme has been introduced so far in the Arrancar, as Szayel was shown in a cross, his last move was “Annunciation of Gabriel”, and his sword’s name is a sin: ‘Fornicarás’, relating to lust. Purgatory inhabitants are sinners just like in hell. In fact, Purgatory is a copy of hell but God fearing, while in Hell people are just blind and helpless. Zommarii’s theme is linked to Latins, as north african muslims brought to Rome the fast paced music and the architecture, among other things. He incorporated Brujería, and we all remember from the inquisition that Witchcraft is a catholic sin too, just like Lust. Glotonéria is gluttony. Nnoitora’s ‘Santa Teresa’/’Praying Mantis’ and Neliel’s Gamusa, which strikes me as a sort of lamb/deer, do not fall far from the tree either (as related to catholic themes, not as sins this time).
Grimmjow: still on Earth, Dante has a meeting with a panther, which forces him to think about giving up many times. This panther is the representation of ‘fraud’. Therefore, even though ‘Pantera’ doesn’t seem like a sin, in Dante’s context it was.
Now, remembering what was said about Sado being hollow for being a human, Inoue is also a human. And remembering what was said about the Christian theme of hollows, Aizen said about Inoue’s powers: “These are divine powers!”. It always struck me as a barrier close to that of the Menos, the ‘negación’, which by the way means exactly ‘rejection’, like she speaks when using her moves. Her barrier powers are similar so far to Hutch’s, which is a Vizard and therefore a half-hollow. To me, Inoue’s powers are alike those of the Negación, and belong to the divine side. She’s even using an Arrancar white outfit this whole arc for crying out loud! Where do you think she belongs??
One last note about Purgatory, is that it is the middle arc between heaven and hell, and coincidently Hueco Mundo is the second and the Hybrid’s arc, the ones that are half-one/half-another.
Limbo:
Limbo is a place right below ground, the anti-hell. This is the place for all the rejects of both Hell and Purgatory, just like Vizards and Urahara are rejects from both Soul Society and Hueco Mundo, not belonging to either. In the Limbo are the non-sinners and non-baptized, which by being non-God fearing cannot ascend to heaven, but for being non-sinners don’t belong in hell either. There is the first step of Dante’s trip to hell, as he has to go through the Limbo to get to hell, and find his guide Virgil, the greek wise man, that will take him to each of the worlds.
At the end of Hell journey Dante meets with the Devil. And the Devil holds in his 3 faces the 3 greatest traitors of all times: Judas, Brutus and someone I don’t recall (lol). Just like we meet the traitors of Soul Society in the end of SS arc.
At the beginning of Purgatory journey, the sky of the Purgatory is night, in order to those that arrive being able to see the heavens, which are the planets and stars. Hueco Mundo is always night. However, soon the sun arises as a punishment for the lazy. A person he meets has to hide in the shadows, as the sun is too strong for her and stops her from keeping on towards the summit. Aaroniero was someone who couldn’t stand Aizen’s (God’s) sun light. The entrance to the main Purgatory area is through a cleft on a wall, exactly like the one Renji and Ichigo opened to enter Las Noches.
When the purgatory ends, they reach the summit and set on to the first closest paradise: the moon. Nnoitora, when resurrected, was shown arriving at a summit and watching the moon. Is this fight the end of this arc? Is Aizen truly getting into heaven? The third arc is heaven?
Another funny note to add, is that Jesus created a path, upon resurrecting, that links the Limbo and the Paradise, so that the non-sinners could cross directly to paradise. Does this means that Szayel will be a mean for the Vizards to get to Heaven without using the Royal-key?? lol
This is all I can remember, so I’ll leave just this for you guys to think about. Remember that it doesn’t have to fit exactly, as in: Soul Society might not be really hell, but have been inspired into it. ^^
and killerx dunno what format you watch it in, but dvix or media player classic should work
Or VLC. VLC will play basically anything besides wmv and flv.
My vlc crash all the time, and it's annoying. I use classic media players for mkv, and winamp for the rest (I like the -/+5sec sec when you press on left/right arrow)
im kinda liking the VLC so i'll try it out for now. Would there be a big difference between media players? The VLC makes things look much more colorful at least to me going back through to some of the old EPs.Originally Posted by Kaylia
Color shouldnt look any different. >_> I cant tell any difference between players beside the interface, and the way they handle error. Some crash/close, other ignore it, some freeze.
And some do all three, depending on the type of error. I kinda prefer WMP's interface for seeking (yes, I should be able to click every single pixel in that progress bar and end up on a different frame. This is not youtube), but VLC has never let me know that it can't find a random codec that may or may not have been among the 4 billion I installed a couple years ago.
edit: also, I shouldn't need to manually clear the playlist or reopen the player when I want to switch from looping one mp3 to another.
