We have absolutely no clue how high Aizen's reiatsu actually plateaus. People are making him out to be some mook in comparison to Yamamoto and Unohana.

Aizen got fucked up by Ichigo because at the time, they were both transcendent. Easily the two most powerful beings shown thus far in the series. Their power was on another plane of existence.

Yamamoto wasn't so strong he made everything burn up just because he's that strong, it's because his sword was a fucking fire type.

Yes, Aizen admits that Yamamoto was stronger than him and he would lose in a straight fight with no illusions. People are making it out like these guys are gods that could have solved the whole conflict by themselves though, which is absolute nonsense.

Yeah I was thinking about that last week but didn't brushed it off considering Unohana said it literally spreads out for an eternity.

But it is not the same place is it? They are fighting even deeper underground. Tbh I forgot the name of aizen's prison tho...

And finally two more points:

Kenpachi is crying in page 16.

Page 17 he supposedly hallucinates himself being stabbed, but the blood that falls from his mouth onto Unohana's cheek in the bottom panel remains on her face after the hallucination ends.

Because it appears that she stabbed him and then healed him super quick. As mentioned before he's a Saiyan...every time he is near the brink of death and is healed, he comes back stronger than before.

Ah yeah, I assumed him getting stabbed in the neck was a callback to how Ichigo saw himself getting killed by Kenpachi in their first run in, but yeah, Unohana still has the blood on her face.

Though I really doubt Kenpachi is literally getting stringer just by getting revived. She's teaching him how he's lacking when it comes to fighting (such as only using one hand), and if people learn from mistakes they make, getting killed seems like a pretty big mistake to make.

I have a feeling we're going to get a Unohana flashback, Kenpachi will start winning, Unohana will bankai, then Unohana will die.
But then we find out that she just barely survived and will be back and ready to fight some time in the future.

I'm still not sold on the idea of Unohana dying. More than likely she ends up permanently expending her reiatsu a la godmode ichigo to buff up Zaraki, then goes back to healer mode again. Much as I'd LOVE to see two zaraki's on the field cutting bitches up, its probably not going to happen.

I doubt we'll ever have Unohana out on the battlefield in this state. It might be me assuming too much, but I see this version of Unohana as an uncontrolled killing machine that won't hold back, so she could just as easily turn on her allies or like Yamamoto in that her attacks end up attacking any and everything around here.

I realize mangapanda rushes their translations, but they're becoming unforgivably sloppy. It was difficult to read that in a literal sense.

Think of it like genjutsu, except not actually bullshit. Her bloodlust is so large and she's so formidable that Zaraki 'imagines' himself dieing due to fear.

As she forces these situations on him over and over again he will get stronger and stronger.
