SP can pull it off because the animation is basically fucking with archived files in flash. At best they may have to make a new face from time to time to match a celebrity or something, but the rest is pretty shoddy geometry on the bodies with fixed backgrounds/layers.

Realistically, that panel doesn't technically mean anything at the moment. Hiyori was split in half and Byakuya was thought to be dead for awhile too, but they're alive... so it's hard to believe that's the end of her right now with just that.
