    Yeah, they specifically brought up him and Renji when they mentioned Bankai's can't be fixed or w/e. Renji's I think is still missing each link that Byakuya fucked up in their fight.

    Oh, I thought he used his Bankai during the Fake Karakura arc and it got shattered.. Guess I don't remember all that correctly.

    Had a thought about it being him but he would have to devolve into a Gillian right? I am going to assume it is a Shiba or another royal family member and that is possibly why the Shiba name was disgraced, it was looked down upon after a while right? Isshin or Masaki killing a royal family member would do that. All speculation though, I feel Kubo is going to pull a M. Night Shamamamamamannalyn and reveal him and what a twist! Also, going to be weird if Masaki becomes part hollow after this and see if Kubo expands on it and if it can be transferable through a bite.

    .......no way. Yes I know this. Didn't know how they fell off from royalty but reread now. Thought it could possibly be Isshins sister but the arms don't match up. Also, got this from wiki, In the anime, instead of being killed on her mission, Miyako seemingly returned. Later that night she arose, possessed by the Hollow, and killed her subordinates before trying to attack Kiyone Kotetsu and Sentarō Kotsubaki. She runs away and Kaien chases after her, only to find her Zanpakutō and kimono on the ground, her body having been eaten from the inside out by the Hollow. Was she ever showed in the manga or was she just filler in the anime, Kaien Shiba's wife.
