Seriously though. This chapter was absolutely terrawful.
Ichigo's friends know all about Soul Society, still do nothing, and yet Kubo needs to eek in some time with Shunsui even though NONE of his friends should know anything about the captains suddenly know divisions and ranks like no big deal.

As retarded as it was, better it done that way then us having an entire chapter of the friends needing to have everything in SS explained to them.
Though the best course of action would be to ignore them completely.
