She is the weaver. I'm guessing she manipulates their clothing to repair/modify their ability to channel energy (sort of how Ichigo's clothes indicate his spiritual energy).

Rukia and Renji being put through the Zero Squad training regiment is silly as shit to begin with. Byakuya made sense because you don't want one of your captains dying with an already weakened Soul Society and Ichigo because he's Ichigo. You would think they'd put the rest of the captains through the training program first before lolrenji. So yeah, moving on.

Ichigo's friends know all about Soul Society, still do nothing, and yet Kubo needs to eek in some time with Shunsui even though NONE of his friends should know anything about the captains suddenly know divisions and ranks like no big deal.

I don't think it was that bad. I don't expect every chapter of a manga to be action and cool stuff. You need some down time to show other things going on and comedy relief. (I chuckled at the part how Zero Squad lady made them strip totally naked.)

There was plenty of time for Ichigo's friends to be told about SS it just wasn't shown. Err.. or I seem to recall Urahara initiate a conversation about it? Not real sure. Someone told them about it though. I mean it's only fair right? For somebody to explain what was going on. I don't know what they could do about it. It's not like they could fight.

Im sure they had plenty of questions for Ichigo anf the others in the year and a half that has passed since then.

It was implicitly mentioned that they didn't wipe the memories of his classmates that encountered Aizen (likely out of respect for Ichigo and his power sacrifice). Any other general info would be considered off-screen, which could include anything from seeing them return KT to the living world or just asking Chad, Orihime, and Ishida about stuff.

I just think Shunsui showing up is because he's a cool guy and even though he's the Captain Commander now he is still nice enough to drop in and tell the ones,who are already in the know, what is about to happen.

It's also possible there's a bit more to the situation we haven't been made aware of yet, either. At the very least, telling them Ishida might be a bad guy now is probably a good thing. But yeah, he's not d-bag like Yama.

Either way, needs more Kenpachi. I bet his new Bankai will have he power to kill everything, and we find out that the main character was Kenpachi all along, and the manga is named after his bankai.

I doubt we're gonna see anymore of Ken until the fighting starts. His training arc seems done. He killed the chick, unlocked his true power, and is talking to his sword. What else would they show?
