Ganju and Ginjo are going to be relevant later, and I'd personally say that Hanataro got all the screentime he needed for his character.

Tsukishima isn't captain class. No way.

He got punked by Ichigo with an incomplete fullbring and completely wrecked by Byakuya. He only did damage to him when he was messing with his perception.

Go reread his fight against Byakuya.

BEFORE he cut Byakuya, he managed to dodge Byakuya's Shikai (Chapter 468 page 5), and even after he did so, it would not have helped him speedblitz behind Byakuya without him even tracking him (Chapter 468, page 18, and again in Chapter 472, page 9), nor when Tsukishima cut Byakuya's sword in half in a single slash (Chapter 472, page 3). Memorizing his attack patterns without having the necessary speed wouldn't be enough for him to dodge Byakuya's slash at point blank range (Chapter 469, page 4), or for him to outmaneuver Byakuya before the Senbonzakura Kageyoshi blades arrive (Chapter 472, page 16).

Not only was Tsukishima Captain level, but he was superior to Byakuya in raw stats! Ichigo never "punked" Tsukishima in any of his Fullbring forms. Ichigo had a slight edge in his completed Fullbring, but as hard as it is to believe, it just means that Fullbring Ichigo is stronger than Byakuya.

Also, Seha, did you forget that Kubo already brought back the Fullbring people? Ginjo, Tsukishima, and Giriko are training with Ganju right now.

Doesn't really matter how many captain class people you have since Kubo can just make any single bad guy invincible (cue Aizen taking out most of the Captains and Vaizard Captains at once while casually making his Sunday shopping list in the back of his head).

Kinda sad really. I remember how pumped I got when all of the Vizard teamed up with Old Man Yama and the Shinigami against Aizen and co. They didn't even get past Gin/Tosen/Wonderweiss, while Aizen pretty much one shotted the captain level Vizard in a 4 v 1. Then he got Momo stabbed again for trolls and lols.

Also Bach stated there are only a few people that they would want to bring in with them. Aizen/Ichigo/Kenpachi. Not sure if anyone else? Would make sense of everyone else got owned and these 3 just got a mass killing spree. Would be hilarious to be honest.

2 months = 8 chapters, but I do not think Kubo will stay break-free after his 1 month hiatus, so more like 6 chapters; anyway if I had to make a guess Kubo will stretch this till next japanese new year at least.

Bleach has at least a year or two left.

The Espada took a few years to be taken down in the Arrancar arc, and there's a lot more Sternritter AND good guys this time around.
Aizen still has a role to play in the story.
Uryu's plot thread.
The Spirit King, and Aizen implying that he's an abomination.
And more.

I was/am still waiting for the revelation that the King's Guard and King each sacrificed a city of humans to get to the Palace dimension and are even worse bastards than Yamamato's old gang of "murderous thugs." Aizen actually using this opportunity (that he probably foresaw if Kubo keeps form) to try and take out the Spirit King wouldn't be surprising. Though I kind of see Bach being represented as less of an evil when the final confrontation goes down. I see the Spirit King taking out Bach after it's revealed he's the evil one, then Ichigo taking out the Spirit King and not being able to go back to the human world. But honestly, who cares. I just want to see Kenny rape people.
