Hauteclaire and Aegis?

Draxy, as PLD with capped Shield + Shield gear, you could almost definitely hit 65% block rate with a Size2, especially if that size2 happened to be a Master Shield (+10 shield skill), and at the same time, you would block a lot more damage when you DO happen to get hit.

I agree. I wasn't trying to spark a debate about which shield you should use (for a hypothetical strictly situational fight), I was just answering the question about how to get the lowest amount on interrupts the easiest. To which I answered:

...something that has extremely high block activation, like a light buckler. (Size 1)

I thought I was being crystal clear but I guess its up to interpretation. I probably should have just said "anything that gives high block activation" and just left out any specific examples. Either way I'll be sticking with my koenig shield. I wish they would put the 'Shield Block!' message back in like they used to have before making all the changes so we could parse block percentages easier.

Taco taco, burrito burrito, taco taco!
To fill all your wishes with my taco-flavoured kisses!

May you get this song stuck in your head when you eat a taco

Such a great episode. Especially when Jennifer Lopez goes down on Ben in the car.
