    Few questions

    Does anyone have pol phone # ? and can i cancel payment an have em delete my char for me?

    And has anyone here played lost planet online yet?

    Undoubtedly the POL website has their number.

    Undoubtedly they can answer these questions.

    Undoubtedly you'll get a better answer from Google than from an arsehole like me.

    Ok but i had another question that i doubt google can answer. My account was stolen they changed payment an everything(So someone told me they told em)But i checked yesterday an im still getting charged for it.

    They just changed your password so that you can't get access to your account/billing information. Call POL, and tell them to cancel immediatly and stop billing you as per someone else has control of the account. They should give it the axe right quick.

    Or prove to SE that you're the card holder and that they're charging you for a stolen account, that way you could probably get the account back.

    How did your account get "stolen"?

    Shouldn't have given your information out in the first place.

    Either way, SE probably won't help even if you called... you can't prove it, and they don't really care.

    Your only chance may be to give them the last CC information that was used on the account, in detail, right before this it was "stolen", and maybe they'll consider reversing the issue, even though you still can't prove that you gave it away or sold it or whatever, and you want to screw the other person over (even if there is no other person, it's a virtual transfer and they have no control over it.)

    gl either way... just don't expect too much going into that phone call.

    Oh, and you will still be charged for it until the end of this month, SE charges the accounts on the 1st of each month, so if they changed it at like... the 2nd, it won't matter because you would still get charged for the 1st.

    I had a similar thing happen when I gave my account way, the guy wouldn't change the information so I just called SE, gave them my credit card, and asked them to cancel it... they were more than happy to do that.
