Normal Assault ??? Statistics

Hmm.. This is a little disturbing actually. The Wiki listed Rampager as being a drop from the same Assault. If this is true, this will be the first report of 2 different Rare/Ex items coming from the same ??? item and the same assault. I know Rampager is not technically in the same category since it is available through means other than just this Assault. However, to be safe I marked Rampager with a verification tag on the wiki.

Apparently Defuse the Threat has two rare/ex items. The wiki and people in this thread have posted that they've gotten a Sniper's Collar from a ??? necklace. And just last week I saw ??? gloves for the first time and got Ice Gauntlets from it. Keep in mind, I've probably done near 40 runs of Defuse the Threat and all I've gotten up until that one run was ??? necklace or ??? box, and they were all junk.

There are quite a few that have two different ??? items that each convert to a rare/ex item. The thing that's odd about the Erik's Axe/Rampager is it's the same ??? item that's converting to two different rare/ex items.

Would be interesting if in the next level of assaults they start adding more rare/ex items from other areas an accidently add something like a Ridill. Or if they have an assault with an Adimantoise egg or other BB item in a ??? box.

That's actually not surprising. After all, ??? Necklace is not the same as ??? Gloves. My understanding is that every ??? Item has one and only one Rare/Ex appraisal per assault. I will be surprised if there is any ??? Item at all that does not have a possible Rare/Ex appraisal, and I'll be surprised if it's possible for any ??? Item to have more than one possible Rare/Ex appraisal.

I've done 1 run of Defuse the Threat and got ??? Gloves. Didn't realize they were that rare.

Was only Beak Gloves +1, though.

Yeah, I've a storm loop. It come from a "??? earring"

And before you ask me where it is from, I've no clue. I'm almost certain it's from one of the first 3 tier assault, since I got it a loooong time ago. That assault is probably trioable since I remember lotting against 2 people only. I think it was excavation duty or something but I'm not sure.

Oops, sorry misread your post and thought you had said two rare/ex items at all from the same assault. I must have skimmed over the part where you specified the same ??? item.
