Actually there's a few games being developed atm which either require or support DX10. One being the 1st MMO to support it: Age of Conan. They just showed a version of the game which supports DX10 at CES, and apparently it looks a hell of a lot nicer than the DX9 version (which looks pretty kick ass already, I've seen game play movies of the DX9 version.) One of the other games is Crysis by Crytek (the guys who brought us Far Cry, which was a great game that looked absolutely fantastic.) It's shaping up to be the poster-child for why gamers should get a DX10 box when they're ready. (Screenshot below.)
There's plenty of perks that DX10 exposes that will make games that support it substantially better, at least graphics-wise, than games that are DX9 based. I expect many games will support both DX9 and DX10.
