Bunch of my friends have been doin kings limbus for like a month, 4 of us. We kill aspid usually just cause of all the time left over when we finish. In our last 5 runs the chest has only dropped coins once, we doin something wrong? lol or is it always like that

This limbus guide has been pretty much dead on for me, and according to it, that treasure only has coins with some sort of TH lol.

Just a question, what job do you have and how do you kill it? I tried it long time ago with 2 blm, and couldnt get anywhere near of killing it, so I always skipped it since then

Its pretty easy for us, We go NIN RDM BRD MNK(me). And the nin usually bots his friends acc for TH. We fight aspi on the heal chest and make three step light. Me being the mnk I do most of the dmg i HF twice lol. Everytime we killed aspid we've had TH. We usually have 10-15mins to spare after even with killing aspi. One time we decided we could try KB, got him to about 80% lol. We usually get about 40-45 coins every run so its a nice way to make gil, coins sell for 20-30k on my server.

Well I found that odd last night. That's the same guild I use. We did this last night and kill the Turtle with a Thf and only got an item in the chest. I was expecting with TH2 we'd get coins, but shot down.

I thought for some reason it was a manaburn, that's why I was asking. Rdm apparently have soloed KB, so I guess it would still be possible to do if you skip some mobs on first few floor

I still remember the first I went in there with just 2 of us, and the Ghost did his Ectoplasm WS or whatever it's called. WTF@flying halfway across the room to one-shot me. >.>
