It's been "in the works" I think ever since they put out the last game of the first series. I'd certainly be interested in it too.

What I dont get is why those guys look like Kite, Orca, and Balmung. I beat the first game and im still wtf'd. The black Kite is all crazy like in the first game.

Thou what i can say the phases look way better in the new games. When i was playing the old ones I could not stop asking myself what the hell they where suposed to be or why the fuck am i fighting a giant leaf. Gorre freaked the fuck out of me thou. Using Skeith in the new ones is hella fun, thou a bit easy. Its basicaly you fighting agaisnt a boss in someplace that looks like space.

Lets see, you can use a bike, fight in some PVP arena, not to mention you can kill off PKs when exploring dungeons.

Now, onto other matters.

.Hack //GU is fun... but the main game is very short... I beat it in ~14 hours on my first playthrough. I did enjoy the game a lot and I am looking forward to the next game... even if it is only 14 hours like the first~

Love the .hack series, its what got me into mmos actually =x

But yeah, .hack//world or whatever they said it was gonna be called is gonna be fucking huge so dont expect it for like another 3-5 years =(


on a side note, i seriously want to fucking murder the creators of .hack part 4 in the most brutal way possible way. the virus core bullshit was more then unnessacery and i eventually just decided to replay parts 1-3 and farm way more virus cores and got to part 4 with a fuckton of each in like 40 hours =x

haven't bought gu yet mainly because i dont have a ps2 anymore lawl
