point to yes.
it's threads like that make ignoring work to read messageboards so very worth it
Caps are long gone, unless it's a +1. Picks and twohanded swords, on the other hand...and never mind the mythril swords they're yanking out of the water.Originally Posted by Khamsin
They definitely need frequent visits from Mr. Goblin Digger.
A coordinated and timed MPK would be hilarious if done across every server :3
"Goblin Digger Kill 2007" 01/23 10pm EST :3 Its too bad i'm leveling my BST in the dunes >.>; that and my balls haven't dropped to try this![]()
I got asked by a gil seller last night for help on the PLD flag quest and I did help him some while he was /anon until I realized he was a RMT...
I had just helped a friend with PLD AF1 in Ordelles and as we were running out, I met this guy with a WHM following him and both were /anon. They both spoke terrible english but asked me for help with PLD flag since they had no map.
I led them to the ??? in Ordelles and then they asked me to run them through Davoi. I was busy with something else and I told them no. 30 minutes later I get a tell saying they died and they wanted me to come raise. I do a check of Davoi to see he is a level 37 WAR with no sub...
Back on topic though, whomever popped the 5 NM Tigers, you sir are a GENIUS.
It would have been funnier if you lead them to where the Jammer Leeches live, aggroed all three, then escaped out. :DOriginally Posted by rydiu
Technically that isn't MPK, you were just in a different party and didn't catch them with escape.
I would have, but I already asked him if they knew the way and stuff... I was just gonna help a random noob by auto following to the spot since I was already in bastok.. I didn't get suspicious till I joined the party..Originally Posted by Septimus
Someone needs to try and set that up through SE's new Event Planning Team and see what happens.Originally Posted by Popsiclestick
Thanks guys, now I regret finishing that quest with the tigers.![]()
Player Events (1/23/2007)Originally Posted by Elmer the Pointy
Hello, everyone. The PlayOnline OCR team here.
One week ago, there was a player event called "Diversity Fair 2007" on the World Cerberus.
This was the fiftieth time this event has been held since FINAL FANTASY XI's service first started. There are probably several of you out there who have participated in this event before.
The OCR team here considered the scale and history of the player event and whether it satisfied several requirements (stated below) and, as a result of these discussions and inspections, we decided to offer support to the event.
Diversity Fair 2007
The spirit of the player event "Diversity Fair 2007" is to celebrate the differences among the players and denizens of Vana'diel itself. Players often celebrate this by gathering both other player characters of varying race and background along with the natural wildlife and local inhabitants, such as the Orcs of Davoi or the Goblins that roam freely across much of Vana'diel.
Recently, many worlds celebrated this player event in Batallia. Japanese, North American, European, and Chinese players alike gathered at the scenic shores to celebrate their diversity. The event is not limited to just player characters. Vana'diel has a rich culture, and we share the land with many beastman races and natural wildlife. The players have not forgotten this, and have invited the local Goblins and tigers into their celebration.
The PlayOnline OCR team encourages players to continue to enjoy and celebrate life in Vana'diel, and to continue submitting player events so that we may assist you in bringing them to the world.
Make a xp party by them and pull one of these?
