From dotting statues and eyes I'm pretty sure that Poison II is 10/tic for 75 RDM. It may actually vary with Enfeebling skill, because I've noticed Poison I from lowbie mobs doing about 1/tic, and from higher mobs 3/tic. That may also explain why some BLMs think Poison II is 8/tic.

I remember reading tests on KI about Poison2 being a variable DoT based on Enfeebling Skill. I forget if it was conclusive or not, but I'm gonna go try to dig up the thread now.

People have reported that Bio III from a mob is a 15 HP/tick DoT. When a player casts it, it is is 8 HP/tick with the highest dark skill possible.

Was this after the patch when RDM got the spell? If it wasn't, then a BLM would've had to cast the spell to get dot that high. I would guess that those reports came pre-patch. In case you didn't notice, Bio III was stripped from all BLM type mobs since then, so I don't think you'll be seeing numbers that high from Bio III again, since only RDM mobs (and dark elementals, but that doesn't really count) have Bio III.

Even so, I don't recall Bio III being 15/tic (it was more around 11-13 a tic depending on level) from BLM mobs.

From what I've been able to tell, the spell works exactly the same for players as it does mobs, minus the duration. I also have my doubts about the current 8/tic theory for Bio III from an RDM player, though I haven't tested it completely yet. Go get hit by an EM RDM type weapon and see what that DoT is. Mobs seem to have the same skill cap as players from my testing, so the number should be accurate for 200 Dark skill.
