Treasure land possible contents list

Anyone know where I can find something like a map that shows where treasure pops are and what items can possibly pop in those treasures?

For instance, there's a treasure in a kind of obscure part of Zertinian Caverns, and I could save, run and pop it, and repeat over and over for an hour to see if anything cool loads, or I could use something like what I described above. Anyone know of anything out there? Even a list of 'zones' within each 'region' and the rare treasure pops in them would work.

the official strategy guide has quite a few maps like that, but i dont think there is one for every area, only areas visited during the main story and important sidequest.

The areas that the strategy does not cover, to my knowledge, are western Lhusu Mines, the portion of the Great Crystal that takes you to Ultima, and all of the Pharos underground.
