Good, because recently I bought something off ebay but the dude sent me the wrong item... and told me to just keep it when I bitched and said I got the wrong one.

So now I have a useless NFL Street 2 for the GCN, unopened heh... (even though it goes for like 20 bucks, that's an almost free nunchuk. )

So yeah, I went there and tried "returning" them, but the supervisor was right next to the woman who took them and had her scan them, and said that it wasn't theirs and he can't do anything with it without a receipt. >.>

I dunno wtf they want anymore...first a person on the phone tells me I can't get store credit, after that another guy says that you can, and now the supevisor says nope.

here's the rule of retail: when all else fails, ask to speak to their supervisor. eventually you'll get to someone who is all about making the customer happy and not liking complaints.

I called them again now and they said that they can't take it back because the supervisor said no to me, lol... and I've tried calling a different walmart but the fuckers keep transferring me around.

I just called the other Walmart and they said that I just need to bring them and have them scanned (again...scanned, so...) and a driver's license and they will issue the store credit.

And I wasn't going to ask her what happens if it wasn't from a Walmart, lol...

Why would they both lie, isn't that bad for business? lol... maybe they do know if the bar is theirs or not.

i work at EB and we have to scan barcodes for trade ins and everything. all of them are the same, even the ones in the redone blockbuster cases have the exact same barcode.
