It's another one of KingKais bullshit excuses. By saying " i got banned for doing x you should test it " he figured that would validate it because people would be afraid to try it. Guess what, it didn't. Tested, not jailed. As for being DC'd for flooding the chatbox, could be a result of a turbo controller on PS2 doing the wrong macro command, or a PC i/o command macro (like on any logitech device with buttons).

I know of a few cases of ppl getting jailed for copypasta so I guess its possible

Probably if they tell people how they did it. But you could also get jailed for saying "i use windower and can copy and paste" without actually doing it.

I think it wouldnt be that hard to notice people are using newlines in chat, which im somewhat worried about..

I don't think they would ban someone only for that, though it might be a contributing factor if you already have flag(s) on your account. It probably isn't worth the loss of the $15/month.

If you do it in shout or say in whitegate or something, you can expect to get jailed and maybe suspended, but I doubt a ban would happen unless that GM was having a very bad day.

Ok so Sqallz:

1) So Misterbob isn't in your LS, but his character was in DA, in your main alliance, with a Kupo pearl on.

2) Lilth got banned for 3 days for POS warp, at aspid, the DAY I callled a GM.. was withing 30 minutes. So I call bullshit on your "Ask any THF how to claim". In fact, it was HILARIOUS that Lilth started coming /WAR for all future pulls. Gotta love that Mug range.

3) Yes, I remember our 11 man Fafnir, when most of the LS was in dynamis, and we went with 1 WHM, 2 BRD, 2 tank, 4 BLM... and a WHOPPING 3 DD. The one where you members ran in to claim when a few of our people died, only for it to end with us killing it. And it wasn't the NUMBER of DD, it was the type, we had THF/WAR built for speed of attacknot damage... who are notorious for giving mobs large amounts of TP with less damage than your 2 handed melee. Either way, it was a 33 min kill with 11 people at start and 15 ish at the end as people logged on.

4) I can't find the old thread, about "Small numbers dynamis" by Mrboob, but it was here about 6-7 months ago, a long thread with SS from your forum openly admitting to flee hacking/POS warping the pull... May have even been a SS of your chatlog from dynamis. idr.. but I am sure some from BG have a recollection of this thread.

5) Syphur, was at O-kotes the SAME DAY, hackign the NM.. I was there watching him go against the RMT... mob would pop, he would run strait for it after being in the same place for 20 minutes. He was too far away from it to have know where it popped... and wasn't /RNG... so you figure it out. As for KB, HE WAS ON THE MOB, HE GOT HIT BY STUN, KB USED METEOR, HE MOVED ACROSS THE ZONE BEFORE IT WENT OFF. How you can do that without POS warp,,, I would love to learn.. Anyone on this forum stupid enough to believe you can log in from another PC fast enough to have the person still on screen.. is stupid. AS SOON AS YOU HIT LOGIN, IT KICKS THE OTHER PERSON LOGGED IN ON YOU. It may take a few for the toon to pop.. but I watched this guy POS warp away.. and was still fighting. This was at about 50% mob health.

So please do explain, how a person gets perma banned, for "Logging in" when they neither relogged, or were AFK as you claim they were. If it wasn't the real him, why was this person there "For claim" as sinstarr said in tells.. and able to POS warp, if you dont' allow open hacking? You mean that you would have someone outside your LS there to help you claim on an LS account.. with a bot.. and POS warping.. and do nothing about it.. but you are legit?

6) We "Took" KB from RMT with 4 people, they successfully MPK'd us since they had hate. We came back with more, but couldn't get a good claim with more than one tank alive. And it wasn't just RMT, Legacy was helping them, a JP HNMLS from back in the day.

7) HumbleJoe, I had a single goblin and a pet on me, I didn't have dusk on at the time, I had N.hands. If you are too unskilled at the game to outrun a mob.. I fear for you. Rabbits have some of the most horrid pathing ingame... they run in a zig-zag pattern, Cape T has plants, and objects otw from OP > Kuftal. It really isn't hard to live... and I have died more than once otw to VOS, so why would I POS/flee it now? Especially when I SAW YOUR PEOPLE BY THE ZONE. That would take a level of stupidity only known to Mrbob himself.

8) I used a POS warp once, I admitted to it, still do. Scared me to death... I can see how someone could "Accidentally" POS warp when fuckign around with a bot.. but Syphur did it during meteor.. while stunned.. Hard to believe he opened the map and "Accidentally" hit his right mouse key as I did when I ended up at outpost from VE camp. So dont' try and make them similar instances.

9) Hi darkarthinian. But you all DON'T ALLOW HACKERZ. Hacker count, maybe was pancakes who is on his 5th toon, I get him and loops confused because they act similar, he was standing at limbus NPC wearing your shell on his 5th account doing the "Hoe check" BS in /say. But maybe that is a figment of my imagination, after all you would NEVER condone hacking or cheating. Serris, who is back second time now.

10) If you all want to be legit, then be legit. Dont' come here posting bullshit about your skillz, when you have to cheat to win most of what you do. The "AS" referance, was to the old HNMLS that moved servers, who used Kick the Dead tactict to beat everything they tried. Much similar to GoV and you at Fafnir/Nidd. Take 30 people, when enough die that it looks like you might lose, you boot entire parties for new members. You tank him with 3 NIN and a PLD.. sometimes 3 PLD and a NIN.. Lemee see if I have a SS of your 4 tank fafnir strat... I think I did because it was so "LOL"

Oh there it is, 3 tank geared NIN with a PLD for help. Maybe this was because the week before you all wiped to fafnir? How does an LS that can't beat fafnir without more than 18 members, manage to beat dynamis beauc with 14, and no hacking? And on a lighter note, notice out of all the linkshells there, we were the ONLY LS that had no one crowding you, I moved in for a SS near the end then backed off again. Though every other LS in the pit was dead on you.

Fact is you can't deny the SS, and you can't prove you do what you say, I would LOVE to see a THF pull the mobs all the way to the zone without flee hacking or POS warping there. But until you can prove you do it, I am still going with the old SS of your own members saying you hacked it.

Afterall, it was your own LS that set the terms for what MPK is, and yet that JP LS claimed fafnir at 1AM, you crowded them, cure spammed.. and started spamming mazurka to be high enough for hate to take claim when they wiped. We had hate, because I was the first voke on thier wipe, hate transfered and we moved to the other side of zone. We were casting zurka, but that was when the JP had to ramp up hate as you did. Flat out, we had 2 PLD in MA.. one would have been MORE than happy to SP behind fafnir.. But I told him not to.

Which therein lies the differance between us, we can but don't, and you do but pretend it was an accident.

After all, casting mazurka is MPK, and you would all know, as you have done it to every LS on the server, save for the ONE linkshell that uses blockaid, and never kickes the dead for new people. Thus never giving you a chance.

Then again, if you look here, you will see that the last GoV claim, resulted in your LS MPKing them. which would contradict Sinstarr's statement in that SS. And if I do see correctly, that was a direct threat, that if we didn't stop calling GM's on you, you would MPK us.

So who is the legit LS? Or do I need MORE SS from your peeps to prove it?

Though imo the most skilled NA ls on fenrir right now are:

Omen, Zion, Magitek(though Magitek is about 2x as big as Zion / Omen) so not sure how to consider that but they all 3 proved they can handle shit np / no worries.

I am sure kupo would say they deserve a spot @ being the best but whatever.
