The name of it is Elvira. Its on ffxidats. There is a ton of options for color of eyes and hair.

For what it's worth, we were about 0/17 on Tsukikazu.

Then we had a botched run where we wiped with the chariot at 1%.

The next run dropped a pair of Tsukikazu Sune-Ate.

Then run after that dropped mine, along with our first Linen Coinpurse.
