Just because he asked a stupid question that's been asked before, it doesn't give you the right to provide fake info.

Like it's been said before, it's 12% and doesn't stack with w.legs, like every other piece of +movement gear. (Excluding the nin hax shoes)

It's obvious sarcasm, every movement speed item aside from ninja boots so far has been proven +12%, nothing's exceeded this , and the info is on wiki and other good places.

I'm gonna speculate that maybe with the full set you may get a bonus to that movement speed, thus the reason no % is listed on it (wishful thinking?)

We're 0/ten billion on Dekka How many times did you fight till it dropped?

Today's Silver Sea run dropped our 35 peice drop rate in silver sea to 2.5% >_> I think it's 1/42 or something.
