I'm not so sure about the number of "false positives"

I think they did add more things that they're banning for. One of them seems to be people are getting rebanned effectively. E.g. the 'let me just use your account to say goodbye to a few friends,' has the real potential of screwing you now, much less accounts that have the same billing address.

A guy in my LS got suspended for IME about a month ago. Not perma-banned though, and he wasn't suspended for very long.

So yeah it can get you into trouble, and it probably just depends on the GM as to what your punishment will be.

LM-17's can be turned into LM-11's. Check and see if the code's changed, or contact them and see if you're screwed.
