Sea sucks ass, aside from Limbus, which is mildly entertaining.

LS doesn't do Wyrms anymore. (which was fun, I admit)

Assaults are boring and repetitive to me.

Sky sucks as well.

No point in meriting anymore, I have no desire to level any other jobs to 75.

I have fun doing pretty much all of those things. Sounds like you should quit.

I really haven't had fun playing this game for the past year. I keep playing in the vain hopes I'll get w.body(and get -1) and finally get my Duelist's Chapeau that I'm 0/9 on and been doing biweekly Dynamis for over two years to get. :D

I keep having fun. How you do this is up to you, but taking breaks from stuff you've done for long periods helps.

I find that the more open you are to content the more fun you'll have. I'm up for anything really, no matter what level it is or how shitty the reward is. I get a great deal of pride helping out new players and that alone is a reason I keep on playing. My biggest curse is that no one seems to have this opinion on matters. So no Garrsions, EFs, or Eco-Warriors...

Exping... ugh can't stand it personally. I just can't find it fun at all and even playing since the very beginning and being 75 by the first NA summer, I still only have 1 75 job and only the most important merits done. I'm only now trying something new and its probably going to take me a whole year to get that to 75 (PUP lawl).

Another secret is not playing a lot. I was once 'obsessed with FFXI', but that hasn't been an issue for me anymore as I can now focus on the "rl"(this includes sleep!).

Also, the fact Bard is your level 75 job might have a lot to do with how bored you are...

The friends I've made in this game make everything about it more fun, if not for them I probably would've quit a really long time ago lol... Probably like, after that RNG nerf.

Being able to level more than one job on the came character is like the saving grace of this game other than the community. At the moment leveling bst and doing bst solo stuff is keeping me in the game. Sea, limbus, besieged, and other odd stuff was fun for like the first 10 times.

I quit when I realized logging in once a week to not enjoy myself or do anything wasn't worth my 14$ a month.

I had two good friends in FFXI and got their email. You can still keep your FFXI friends without playing FFXI.

I kept playing for friends, the typical answer to questions like these. When they quit, I lost the will to continue. It didnt help that 3/4 of Asura are twats either lol.

Fortunately, I keep in contact with the worthwhile ones. 8)
