I agree with you, if you're using Sushi accuracy isn't a big deal, so the extra 5 str would be more appealing than a 2% crit rate increase on your WS.

Sushi's a real no brainer... also, lets not forget that mysterious double attack+1... which may very well just equal 1%

2%crit for 15dex is pushing it. I usually got an average of 0.7-0.8% per 10dex (I was comparing to another mithra with exact same gears/setup, without e.body/haidate/rajas). I also compared to myself after removing haidate/rajas and got similar numbers.

In any case, dex does add something parsable, because there is usually no one who beat my warrior when I compare crit rate (except for mnk with destroyer), and with e.body/mithra dex/rajas/haidate, it's kinda the highest dex you could get in a non retarded tp setup.

Axe/Sword has always parsed significantly better for me than Rid/Joy has. I have 8 sword, 0 axe, Suppa, Fort Torque and the difference has always been fairly large. I'm sure in Mire Rid/Joy will perform better with the constant piercing bonus, but in Thickets the difference in damage/hit and WS damage is just to large to overcome.

I always eat Red Curry, and pretty much have the best gear you can get for WAR/NIN, and it's about 15 damage/hit difference ( 72ish Rid/joy vs 87 Maneater/Rid ) as well as around 200 per WS ( 950-1000 Rampage vs 750-800 Vorpal ).
