I would rather see a sequel to FF8 than a remake though...since the graphics weren't half bad, and the only thing they would be adding is somewhat better graphics and voice overs... a remake, or perhaps a re-release of FF8 as a remake for the PS3 + sequel would be worth buying. Hell, if they did a sequel for FFX, FF8 deserves one too.

I couldn't stand 8, Squall was emo and Rinoa was an annoying bitch.

Final boss fight music/s were the best heh, especially the fight with Ultimecia at the end when she turns into her final form.

It's all Ultimecia... she controlled both Edea and Rinoa...eventually you use the other sorceress, which was far stronger than all of them, to go to the future and fight her, because Ultimecia was trying to control that huge whore (can't remember her name for some reason..), by taking Rinoa to her and transfering from Rinoa into her (ADEL, that's her name heh.)

Anyways, you use Adel to travel to the future to fight Ultimecia and beat her so she stops annoying the bitches in the present, then you travel back... I still don't understand why Squall dies or w/e at the end, and then Rinoa somehow revives him... but whatever, overall a good story.

Vaan reminds me of a tame Zidane.

Imho Zidane was one of the best characters of all the FF. He had a great backstory, and he was original.

SE isn't going under, but Sony might be lol... maybe they need a desperate title that will sell fast, that wouldn't require a lot to make... kind of like FF7, because most of the graphics are already in there... they would just have to remake the areas a little bit, which they can take bits and pieces from FF12 and 13 and turn it into the FF7 areas using what they had already made, and FF7're remake could be out pretty early.

The only reason I am buying the remakes on portable systems is because they are portable and I can play them while watching TV or w/e.
