Well no, It's not a joke. The internal name for the FFXI Application is well, FFXiApp. I'm sure you can guess what it stands for. Before they added the randomly changing window name, it was just "FFXiApp." Then Azaril made NameChanger, which turned it into "FFXiApp - Windower Enabled." Then Fuzz made his piece of shit hack tool in VB and named it FFXiApp because he's a fucking retard?
