Ah, that's the intermediate step I was missing. Do it in an Emote and have them filtered on your client... I'm pretty sure that prevents you from seeing your own emotes.

Yeah I figured that you gave up on using the generic channels and were sending people tells if you saw they didnt DC and were curing me, eventually someone else pulled hate and I booked it lol.
