I agree that more forum sections is not really the answer. I like that the majority of questions can go into the General Discussion thread, since it just gets tedious having to look in a bunch of different threads for the answer and/or question you are looking for.
I see there is already a Technical Support section, but it still seems like it all could have been encapsulated into the General Discussion.
Also, I agree with keeping the FFXII section open, there is a lot of really good information in there that should be kept.
