How do you hate Jim? He's like...amazing. His humor is great, so unspoken, but he can make you laugh with just a look at the camera.Originally Posted by archibaldcrane

Where's the love for Kevin? He's always got just one line or one "look" in the episode that just cracks me up. I especially liked recently when he asked Oscar how his gaycation was.
"I'm going to have to get rid of a lot of stuff on my computer.
A LOT of STUFF."
I've tried to watch this, but I just can't get into it. It's probably me being a snob and thinking the UK version is superior, perhaps it's just the natural difference between US and UK humour.
It's not that I hated it, some of it amused me, but it never managed to make me care enough to look out for the next episode.
Watch the extended version of the show on NBC.com on Friday, the show is around 40 mins long. They cut out a lot of stuff when they air it on TV.Originally Posted by Anyway

...That... was an overreaction... I'm going to the kitchen, anybody want anything? Pam? You good? K."
They really need to bring back Jim putting Dwight's shit in jello. Actually that one episode was better where Jim took all Dwight's shit and put it in the vending machine.
Pam "Ohhhh a pencil holder. I LOVE those."
She pays for it and takes it out.
Dwight "NO. That's MY pencil holder."
Pam "I just bought it Dwight. It's mine."
Dwight "Fine! I'll buy it all back I don't care... wait.. where's my wallet?"
Jim "Ummmm... oh there it is... it's J-1.
I couldn't stop laughing @ Michael Scott in the adult-store..."He hasn't said a word yet, he's just been giggling this entire time."
And how Dwight thinks that's the real Ben Franklin. Tricks where they make Dwight believe something, i.e. when he believes Jim has the power to move objects, are undoubtedly gifts from above that bless our television screens.
BOOM. HANDS UP, AGENT MICHAEL SCOTT.
Tonight's episode was great, I liked it when there were some actually awkward scenes, i.e. when Pam is @ the vending machine--those types of conversations happen more in real life & seem more natural.
Anddd once again we're treated to another pointless episode tonight. There was ONE line (when Pam asks Ryan to set her up with his school friends) that progressed the story, otherwise it was just random bs.
Starting to lose interest... it's a shame Steve Carrell is so fucking good, or else I probably would've stopped watching already.
I love this show too much, though I've never made the airtime. I just try to get all the episodes torrented on my computer.
Ooooh, just found dailymotion.com streams the full episodes... Karen is so hot. xD

Words of Wisdom, From Michael Scott
(to Karen)
Wow, you look exotic...was your dad a G.I.?
(on Racism)
Hello. I'm Michael Scott. Abraham Lincoln once said, "if you're a racist, I will attack you with the North."
People who realized that season 1 and season 2 (for the most part) was huuuge drama and made the show what it is now. If Jim/Pam didn't have their little thing, and the show has been a pointless comedy sketch since day 1, it would be struggling for ratings. But like I said, Carrell is their Moses... the guy is golden. You can't really go from "intense" in seasons 1/2, to "random comedy" in season 3 with one-liners giving the story a boost (if you want to even call it that) and make people happy.Originally Posted by ircgeek

Anyone know any sites where I can watch this week's episode? I missed it.
If I'm not mistaken abc's own website shows it in extended format for free.Originally Posted by Anyway

And yeah, The Office is a sitcom. Imagine that. You can't honestly expect it to flawlessly pull of a compelling love story when you have characters like Dwight and Micheal who at times verge on slapstick.
It's NBC. And they only show "2 minute recaps"Originally Posted by Stilgar

oh yeah, my bad. I was thinking LOST, which is abc. Someone on another thread posted that they watched the entire show (like a 40 minute version) on nbc's or the office's own official site.Originally Posted by Anyway
