Heart Snatcher offhand / total cap crit hit ?

Does the 6%critt hit on the Heart Snatcher work in the offhand ?
And is there a total cap for crit hit ? (like haste)

mostly wondering for /nin setup who can use this weapon so you can have 12%.

It works only in the hand of the weapon, so if you have an unlocked heart snatcher, you're not going to have +12% crit rate on your main senji, you'll have 6% on it, and 6% on heart snatcher.

so the stat only ads to weapon not to entire set up like merit 4%crit hit does ?
so max is 10%+10% ? or wth P.body 12/13% ?

max is unlimited (well to the point of +crit caps, which is impossible to figure tell due to the major lax of +crit items) but the weapon , like I said, only counts as a crit for itself.

Example, monk using destroyers won't receive a +6% crit rate on his shoes when he kicks, a rng using a heartsnatcher wont receive a +6% crit rate for his ranged attacks.
