Amemet pop location

ok i saw something really strange last night, and wanted to know if anyone else knew of this or not

the past week or so, i've been in kuftal tunnel farming shoalweed for the promise badge quest.. i was mainly farming the spiders closest to the zone... about the bottom right hand corner of G-5:

anyways, i was there a number of days because i only spent like 30min-1h each session, and noticed the same thing everyday

there was always 1 anon person in the tunnel @ H-6 and one person anon on the ramp at G-8... these people rarely moved if at all ... now i dont think they're all gilsellers persay because yesterday the monk after standing doing nothing for a while, saw me farming and asked if i needed help.. he said he was japanese , so wasnt much i could communicate with him

anyways what was really interesting was that as i came back from pulling a spider i saw amemet walking down the ramp at H-6 unclaimed.. it was yellow for a bit, and i woulda been able to claim it if i didnt already send my avatar onto a spider a second before... the monk claims with chiblast and begins to fight for a minute or so... (ie it didnt look like it was botted or anything)
then his friends start showing up , one of which was a galka paladin who was training like 15 spiders and cacti trying to get to amemet lol...

in total there was maybe like 6 of them, all had basic basic gear, one of the whms just had seer's gear on, 2 had the same linkshell on , while the others didnt

sorry for the long story, but basically my question is... how the hell did amemet get down there?

Because they patched it so that it roams now.

I get the strange feeling he has a Guivre style roam path now.

It can spawn on any of the ramps.

The RMT have usually two people (mage + "utsu tank") at each location.

Could simply have the JP client, and be RMT still..

yesterday I was farming NMs in rancor, then the 2 gilsellers take it when it turned white (no idea how, i tagged it and ran, not out of agg range, but it just went white), so they tag it, I start shouting at them telling them to piss off and let us have our kill, not only did they give it back(zoning), they came back, /farewelled me and then logged out so I can farm it, wtf m8.

Some of Unicorn does stuff like that too, our SSG RMT help any BRD get minstrel's coat and actually will walk NIN around to help them with their coffers. Just the other week we asked a RMT group to stop XPing, because we were pulling much faster than them [Tormentors in Rancor] and they said 'You are very strong, ^^' and left.

I think they're trying to lighten their attitude, so that people are less apt to GM or banslap them, at least some of them, by stepping out of the 'real players' way when they come through.

its not the guivre. more like the best goblin in batalia down. just roam over the map but are in a specific space. and yes ive notices GS being nicer in SSG also. i nabbed a r3 the other day

Nah. Probably more along the lines of the faster they get people in and out of SSG and Den of Rancor, the faster they can go about their work uninterrupted. If they give any random Bard a Minstrel's Coat, that is one less BRD (and group of friends) there to take the NM and the siren's hair.
