If for whatever reason, a drk decides to use a ridill in an exp party(??).. mainhand company sword is pretty much the best option. Their 1 hand weapons are all B- anyway, and its alot easier to build accuracy for one weapon type then it is for two with Torques/Merits. Maneater/Ridill with mixed merits wouldnt fair any better then Company Sword/Ridill with all sword/fort torque.

Not defending the choice to use ridill in the first place, but yeah.

Anyways, from what the OP was talking about, those GM's can get you multiple ways, not only just for JP text in your macros/bazaar. I called to confirm why I was temp banned once and he explained to me how it was for using windower. Then he asked how I had the japanese text in my bazaar which I bullshitted my way through with some random ass excuse. Got a warning for it too. Meanwhile, I originally called for a RDM who was pos.exe hacking just to solo a Marid, went off free.

Well the DRK's choice of using two company sword/ridill in EXP party because "scythe sucks, it's been parsed that maneater/company sword/ridill/rampage out damage guillotine".......

What you can do to implement JP signs into your game w/o the use of Windower is actually get a JP standard keyboard and get a copy of newest version of either Red-Hat Linux or I think its Slackware Linux and start the FFXI through that and you will actually be able to type in Kanji ingame w/o the use of any kind of 3rd party program.

Sure you will have to mod your FFXI so that it will be able to run in Linux mode and that might also be a bannable offense seen through the eyes of some GMs but its doable.

I exp'd with Ojaru to get him from 74-75 on his DRK/NIN Company/Ridill and his dmg wasn't bad at all lol, then again he has everything there is to have >.> Are you saying DRK/NIN is dumb or not using an Axe/ridill combo instead of company/ridill?
