Level 73, Latent Effect Weapons. Question.

Okay well I just want a straight answer.

For the level 73 Latent weapons (Destroyers etc.)
Do you have to do 500 straight up weapons skills? Or do SC's effect that like your trial weapons?

Getting mixed answers, I was under the belief it was exactly like the trial weapons but with 500pts.

After countless hours of hitting things to unlock a subduer, heart snatcher, destroyers, retributor, and rampager(lol), as well as helping with destroyers for a bunch of monks in my LS, I can wholeheartedly confirm that it's 500 points for all of them
