Reviewing the 2hours that could potentially put a stop to that strategy, there's a much larger chance than 1/15. You have Benediction, Perfect Dodge, Invincible, Hundred Fists, Mijin Gakure, Chainspell, Manafont, Soul Voice (lol@charmed kraken DRK), and Meikyo Shishui that could all potentially wipe people out or put a stop to the efforts. 9/15 chance, which doesn't even include the possibility of AV just plain owning people through his devasting TP attacks/spells that he uses naturally. I would argue that in order to pull this off you would need an alliance worth of people just for cure spam, but it certainly isn't a 1/15 chance of a wipe.

I didn't mean to post suggesting that I thought it would be a viable strategy; I suppose I got ahead of myself because I was more reacting to the misconception that you often see on these forums often that AV can "benediction or meteor at will" thereby halting any possible strategy. I do think that the major roadblock would either be his TP/spell spam or that his total HP may be insurmountable even with that kind of tactic, but I didn't mean to imply that I actually thought it had a 14/15 chance of success.

Actually, we've played with it enough to hopefully be able to have a 15/15 success on the next pop.

We have a very viable strategy worked out, and benediction/chainspell/manafont/etc aren't among our worries.

Bah Xiani didn't keep Vrtra targetted! It looks a lot better if you're targetting Vrtra the entire time and watching his HP fall.

I had the damage unfiltered as well, and it took about 4 full logs worth before it went down. I was able to scroll up to what looked like about 3/4 through the fight.
