I liked Prince too, back in the late 80's/early 90's. Now he is pretty much one step away from appearing on VH-1's Celebreality shows. I am not saying I could do any better than him up there singing in the rain, but damn they could have gotten some one better than Prince... I bet half the people watching the Superbowl had to explain to other half who in the hell he was.

He is just flamboyant, it gets him attention, and in his business, any attention is good, he still is a very good guitar player, he had some great songs back in the day, just his stuff lately and tonight's performance left alot to be desired.
